Spire America Holdings

We Care

Supporting local organizations and making a difference. A charitable program created and led by the employees of Spire America Holdings — including our sister teams at Top O’ Michigan Insurance and Spire Insurance Solutions.

Two agencies. One mission.

Driven by our passion for giving back, We Care supports local organizations through fundraising events and donations. Every contribution is made possible through the generosity of our employees, with all donations company-matched to maximize the impact.

As a family-run business, we believe in building stronger communities — and We Care is our way of making a difference where it matters most.

Empowering change together

We Care is driven by the employees of Spire America Holdings — Spire Insurance Solutions and Top O’ Michigan Insurance Solutions. Our mission is clear: to fundraise and provide vital support to local do-gooders, empowering society through meaningful contributions and collective action.

How we give back

Company-matched donations

Every Friday, our employees dress casually in exchange for a donation to support local charities.

Quarterly donations

Each quarter, employees nominate and vote on which organization will receive our quarterly donation.

Fundraising events

We host and participate in events throughout the year, with all proceeds benefiting local causes.

Volunteer time

Every employee receives one paid day off per year to volunteer at a nonprofit of their choice.

Know a cause we should consider?

Our team votes on new nonprofit partners every quarter. If you have a local organization you’d like to nominate, we’d love to hear about it.
