Top O' Michigan Insurance Solutions — the sister agency of Spire Insurance Solutions — has been named Keystone Insurers Group's Michigan Partner of the Year, a recognition it first earned in 2019 and is proud to receive again.
Top O' Michigan and Spire Insurance Solutions operate as one team under shared ownership. Top O' Michigan serves Northern Michigan families and businesses across every line of coverage, while Spire Insurance Solutions focuses on specialty commercial insurance for industries that generalist carriers tend to underserve — cannabis and hemp, pet care, self-storage, and food and beverage. Both are independent, Keystone-backed agencies, so this is a recognition the entire Spire team shares.
Keystone recently restructured the award to spotlight partner agencies focused on long-term progression and the overall health of their business, evaluating partners across four areas:
-In-common carrier volume
-Use of Keystone's resources and services
-Brand adoption and engagement
-Industry leadership and community involvement

Since first earning the recognition in 2019, the team has invested heavily in its employee benefits practice. Under the leadership of Katherine Rolfe, it has built the resources to help clients navigate complex claims, review contracts, and challenge denied claims for accuracy — advocacy backed by Keystone's national bench.
